Poor or Poorer?

Not are they poor economically, but they're poor mentally......

it causes their prosperity last not much longer.
Here, the thing is that they even remain poor for long in addition to this they fail to determine such soprano thing just because of being poor by mind.
what do you think 'bout them, they're poor or poorer??
Just try to imagine, people could overcome their economic problems even in a short period. But the people who are mentally poor always lag behind.They couldn't overcome their lackings so easily within a short span of time though most of them remain unchanged till the last breath of their lives.
So, let's be rich by mind too......
it will help us to promote peace & harmony around the world .......
Let's decorate a habitable world & live lively.....
